1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the mp777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of mp777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had an mp777 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

By completing the registration process on the mp777 platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if it changes. mp777 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Account registration requires the submission of a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, your date of birth, and your preferred PKR payment method. A one-time verification process may be required to confirm your mobile number and payment method before deposits are enabled on your account.

2. Account Management & Security

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on the mp777 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account — whether using different names, different email addresses, different devices, different IP addresses, or through any household or shared network — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all accounts linked to the player, along with the forfeiture of all pending bonuses and any winnings derived from prohibited multi-account activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mp777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your account to any third party. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility. The use of third-party payment accounts — that is, payment accounts not registered in the name of the mp777 account holder — is strictly prohibited.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your mp777 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other supported institutions may require up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your account, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the mp777 cashier section and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the mp777 payments team within twenty-four (24) hours of submission for fully verified accounts. mp777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the mp777 sportsbook — including cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, virtual sports, and all other available markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event, as well as the general betting rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that betting matter.

A bet is only considered accepted once mp777's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a unique bet reference number. In circumstances where a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, mp777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

In-play betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket markets — are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. Bets placed during live play are accepted subject to current odds at the precise moment of system confirmation. Delayed acceptance caused by network latency, player device performance, or connectivity issues does not entitle the player to odds that were displayed at an earlier point in time.

Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

All bonus credits and free bet awards are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new depositing players only, one per household, one per payment method, and one per device. mp777 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mp777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the mp777 platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform's software or odds-feed systems.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mp777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the mp777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network outages, or server errors outside mp777's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account credentials.
• Decisions, outcomes, or results of games and bets placed on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to platform availability during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

mp777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mp777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mp777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension & Termination

mp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• Required by law, regulation, or the conditions of the Company's gaming licence.

Where an account is closed for reasons of player breach or fraud, mp777 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including real-money balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, payment, bonus, or account decision, you must contact the mp777 customer support team in the first instance via live chat, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. mp777 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp777 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

mp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the mp777 platform, via the registered email address associated with the player's account, or via in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the mp777 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
